Types of plastic mesh: there are two types: monofilament and multifilament;

Multi-wire mesh: Multi-wire mesh is a kind of thread that is twisted from a large number of very thin monofilaments and treated with resin to increase its rigidity. This kind of mesh has the advantages of long life, high retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, but it has poor flexibility. The dimensional stability is poor. It has not been widely used at present.

Monofilament mesh: Monofilament mesh is a mesh woven from a single wire of a certain diameter. According to the weaving method, monofilament mesh can be divided into two types: woven endless monofilament mesh and stitched mesh. Weaving endless monofilament mesh (ring woven mesh) are endless mesh woven on a weaving machine, and weaving this kind of mesh requires a larger loom. The characteristic of this kind of mesh structure is seamless and endless weaving, the warp in the running direction can not be folded, and the stability is achieved by the bending of the weft. Since the wear of this kind of mesh is borne by the weft, its shape is different from that of the metal mesh. The stitched mesh (plain woven mesh) is woven into a single sheet like a metal mesh, and then stitched to make it endless. The weft of this kind of mesh is better than the metal mesh, the mesh surface is smooth, and the wear is caused by the warp and weft. Both bear the burden, with the latitude as the main line.
