1. Touch
Good epoxy powder slip like silk, smooth, fluffy, and floating.
While low-quality epoxy powder feels rough and heavy, not easy to spray, and low utilization.
 
2. Obverse the volume of the powder particle
The bigger volume of the particles, the fewer impurities; the higher cost, the better powder quality.
In reverse, the smaller volume, the higher impurities; the lower cost, the worse powder quality.
 
3. Bake
When baking good quality powder, there is not a lot of smoke.
While poor powder has a lot of smoke during the baking process.
 
4. Identify by appearance and luster after baking
For good quality security screen powder, the appearance is full, transparent, three-dimensional sense is strong. It is glossy and can be maintained luster for a long time.
But the appearance of the poor quality powder is dim, dull, misty surface, non-transparent, poor three-dimensional sense. It only glosses when baked out initially, but may occur the emergence of light, powder, stripping, etc later.
 
5. Identify by adhesion and aging
For good powder, the adhesion and toughness of the particles can keep a few years without powder or aging.
For poor powder, it is very brittle, the adhesion is not strong, and easy to get aging, so it needs to be sprayed again after 3 to 6 months.
So it is a good way to distinguish the security screen powder by testing the adhesion and bending, and observing whether it will age or chalk after a few months.
 
6. Identify by high temperature
For good security screen powder, the temperature and weather resistance are good. It could keep 10-15 minutes after adjusting the temperature to 220-230 degrees, the color and gloss have no big change.
But for poor powder, the temperature and weather resistance are poor. After high-temperature baking, the poor quality powder will have serious discoloration and gloss dumb.
This method is particularly effective when detecting the outdoor light-colored powder.
