Nylon printing screen has relatively strong abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and elasticity. Because the silk warp is uniform and the surface is smooth, the penetrability of the ink is also good! The disadvantage is that the stretchability of the nylon mesh is large. The tension of this kind of mesh decreases after a period of time after stretching, which makes the silk screen The plate is loose and the accuracy is reduced, so it is not suitable for printing circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy!
Stainless steel wire mesh is made of stainless steel wire material. Stainless steel wire mesh has good abrasion resistance, high strength, and relatively small stretchability. Because the wire diameter is relatively fine. The ink's passability is good, the mechanical properties of stainless steel wire mesh, the chemical properties are stable, and the dimensional accuracy is stable. The disadvantages are poor elasticity, high price, and the wire mesh cannot be restored after stretching!
