Currently, MAISHI supply 3 different kinds of screen printing mesh in the market: nylon screen printing mesh, polyester screen printing mesh and stainless steel screen printing mesh.
According to MAISHI MFG's experience, each of them has its own advantage and disadvantage, here is our experience for reference:
1) Polyester screen printing mesh:
Advantage:
①　Stable construction, fine tension stability after stretching.
②　Low elongation, higher printing accuracy;
③　Complete specifications
④　Ultra-wide available (368cm/145inch)
Disadvantage:
①　Not good at Concave & Convex Surface Printing
②　Can not printing in extreme environments  
2) Stainless steel screen printing mesh
Advantage:
①　High tension and low elongation.
②　Wire is thinner, uniform hole.
③　Chemical resistance good.
Disadvantage:
①　Easily to got crease line after impacting.
②　Cost is higher;
③　Few specifications
④　Small width only (1.016mm/40inch,1220mm/48inch,very few 1524mm/60inch)
⑤　Need to pay more attention in stocking.
3) Nylon screen printing mesh:
Advantage:
①　High elasticity;
②　High abrasive resistance;
③　Smooth surface;
④　Not easy to generate static electricity;
Disadvantage:
①　Weak UV-Resistance;
②　Easily to be affected by the humiture;
③　High elongation.
