1. Firstly, the yarns will be inspected: tensile, roundness, surface and tolerance etc. 

2. When we finish weaving, we will inspect the big defects, such as sliding wires, yarn broken, warp yarn lost or weft yarn lost.

3. If the mesh pass all the above inspections it will be sent to do the heat settlement department. After heat settle ment, 

    the mesh will be taken to the final inspection: tensile strength, different colors, oil spots etc.

4. At end, we rolling the mesh on paper tube or make packaging according to customer orders.
