The commonly used nets for barbecues are stainless steel mesh. The previous barbed wire can no longer meet the barbecue requirements. There are five ways to weave it.
1. Plain weave:
Plain weave is a weaving method in which each warp yarn crosses up and down each weft thread, and the diameter of the warp and the weft are the same, and the warp and weft are at an angle of 90 degrees. The plain weave mesh is more square and the mesh size is even. Each warp yarn crosses up and down through each weft thread, and the diameter of the warp yarn is the same as that of the weft thread, and the warp and weft threads are knitted at a 90 degree angle.
2. Twill weave:
Each warp yarn crosses up and down every two weft yarns, and each weft thread crosses the weave pattern of each of the two filaments.
3. Dense weave:
The warp and weft yarns have different wire diameters and different mesh numbers. The characteristics are thin weft density and fine weft. The warp direction is the warp direction and the weft yarn is the width direction. The dense mesh is divided into a mat mesh weave and a mat mesh weave.
4. Seat mesh twill weave:
Each of the filaments passes through each of the two wefts, and each weft crosses the weaving pattern of each of the two filaments.
5. Double wire Dutch weaving:
This weave is very similar to the twill Dutch weave, with two weft threads that can be placed close to the warp. This type of silk cloth is used to filter micron-level filtration.
The weaving method is a stainless steel wire mesh surface that can produce different patterns. But although we use stainless steel wire mesh for barbecue, if you buy the inferior stainless steel wire mesh, it may rust early and the quality is poor. Therefore, we must choose the old manufacturers that produce rich experience to be guaranteed. Maishi manufacturers are more than 30 years of production experience. Stainless steel wire mesh is also sold at home and abroad.
